		<description>Speaking of upstate fancy (a term I&#039;ve been looking for for years, but didn&#039;t know it!)  they are using this very paint in the new Migorelli Market  on Warren in Hudson. Not opened yet, but it looks like they&#039;re building the perfect urban farm-market.  Go see!</description>
