I was so excited when the request for an entire wedding suite came in from Amanda, one of emilie’s brides for 2011, her wedding theme was woodsy and elegant and when we got to talking, I knew exactly the look she was after. I wasn’t sure at first about the color palette, but once I got going, everything just clicked!

I was so excited when the photos of the wedding, which you can check out on emilie inc., were posted! All of the elements came together so amazingly, and of course Amanda and John looked amazing! I got to design their save the date, Invitation, reply card, reception card, envelopes, custom map, menu, programs and favor tag for this happy couple! Now I’m super excited to start designing my own wedding invites!

I saw these simplistic letterpress cards from Sapling Press and could not stop chuckling. Every one of them is just the right amount of humor, not too silly, not too sassy, just perfect. And of course the best part is the impeccable beauty of the letterpress print. Stick one of these guys in an envelope and brighten someone’s day or stick them in a frame and display a few above your desk. Gosh I really do love these!

Sweet Harvey has so many cute letter press designs to choose from it’s almost hard to pick a favorite. I’ve had these little fox notecards on my wish list for quite a while, and as soon as I run out of my current notecards I’m grabbing a set of these. But notecards aren’t the only thing they rock at! They have greeting cards, tea towels, cotton scarfs and even a few tote bags to swoon over. I love the illustration style, clean modern and crisp. And of course everything looks better letter pressed! So check out the shop, if you haven’t seen these fellas before you are in for a wonderful surprise.

It may be a bit early to be thinking about valentine’s day, but these cards are to sweet to pass up! These little letterpress cards remind me of the valentines we passed out in school to everyone in the class, but the best part is the recipe on the back. A beautiful mix of design, illustration and tasty treats! There are currently five recipe cards available, perfect for friends and lovers alike!

The Nimbus Factory is the most awesome and adorable shop I have seen in months. This cute store is run by two illustrators and two designers and a plethora of creativity. Their Arctic animal gift wrap is super cute, as is of course their line of holiday cards. But don’t worry they are more than just a holiday wonder, they have some great recipe cards, calendars and other paper goods. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

Art Star Craft Bazar is only 2 days away. I can’t wait to set up shop and meet some new people. Another shop I am really looking forward to checking out is Sweetie Pie Press. They have a huge range of fantastic pins, and paper goods. I’ve been a big fan of these secret message envelopes for a while and am excited to see them in person! I hope to see some of you too.

Check out these cute resusable fabric decals from Mae (or Mini Mae if you are looking for the smaller versions). I would love to see these jazzing up a dresser, or maybe a really boring cabinet. There are so many designs to choose from, it might be hard to pick a favorite.

These are so cool! Inspired by pop-up books and papercutting these postcards turn into a real garden. Of course you do have to water it and make sure it has plenty of sunlight. Aimée from A Studio for Design created three versions of these little postcardens that are ready for you to send out into the world.
